Text

Click on the Text tool to enter text.

Click on the page where the text is to appear.

Type the text in the box.

Use the tools above the text to change the text color, the font, the font size, and to bold, italize

or underline the text.

Click on the Clone Text button to create a new copy of the text box with the same text.

Click on the Split Sentence into Words button to separate the text into multiple words.

The words go into their own individual text boxes.

Double click on the words to reenter the editor and make changes to the text.

Editing Tools

Eraser

Click on the Eraser to erase annotations.

Note: the Eraser tool only erases lines drawn with the Pen, Highlighter, and Line tools.

It does not work with Shapes, imported images, or Sims.

Change the eraser size by clicking and dragging the slider in the Properties bar.

Use Interactive Pen to erase by holding the double click button

when the Pen tool is in use.

Undo

Click on Undo to remove the most recent change.

Keep clicking to continue removing changes.

Clear

Click on Clear to remove all items on the Workspace page.

To delete an item, use the Selection tool to select the item and then click on Clear.

If no selection is made, clicking on Clear deletes all items from the page.
