Resources from Gallery

The resources in the Gallery are of several types.

Background: A background is identified by the folded corner of the icon. The image

takes the whole screen on the page. It can only be deleted by deleting the page in the

Page Sorter.

Image: A single image can be resized, moved, or rotated on a page. Use the Selection

tool and then click and drag the item as desired.

Sims: The symbol indicates it is an interactive program made in Flash that includes

animation, sound, and/or games. The Sims are provided free with eInstruction

Workspace.

Note: Some of the Sims do not include instructions and require

some playing with in order to learn how to use them.

Only 2 Sims can be added to a Workspace page.

Searching for Resources

Click in the Search box and enter a keyword at top of the Gallery window.

Press the Enter key or click on the Keyword Search button.

Scroll through the resources in the lower window to find the desired materials.

Click to go to the default Gallery Categories.

Back

Click to go back one Category.

Forward

Click to go forward one Category.

Search Input

Type in a word to search for files in the Gallery.

Click to search for a file within the Gallery.

Clear Search

Click to clear the Gallery search window.

Onscreen

Keyboard

Click to open the Onscreen Keyboard.

Add Favorite

Click to tag a file for quick access in a Favorites

Category.

New Category

Click to create a new category to insert your own

files.

Add Files to

Gallery

Click to open the Add Files to Gallery window.

Delete File

Click to delete a file from the Gallery.
